Return and Refund Policy

1. Application of this policy
This policy applies exclusively to table purchases made through the official Auremiles website, managed by IRG Enterprises SL
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
In accordance with current regulations (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
However, this right does not apply in the following cases:
- Tables that show signs of having been set up, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or custom-made products according to customer specifications.
- Goods that have been altered from their original state after delivery.
3. Refunds for defective product or order error
If the table arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or does not correspond to the requested model, you can request:
- Product replacement .
- Full refund .
To do so, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching photos of the product and packaging and describing the incident.
4. Return procedure
To request a return or refund:
- Write to info@aureamiles.com with the subject "Table Returns."
- Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return.
- If accepted, we will provide you with instructions for collecting the product.
- The table must be disassembled and packed in its original packaging .
Return collection costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing error or defect.
5. Refund
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, within a maximum of 7 business days .
